Hi there! I'm Christine. I live a perfectly imperfect life with my husband and three kids. I write from my life's story thus far. I hope it helps you or at least resonates with you.
We very often attribute it to our resilience or our ability to weather any storm when in reality it’s purely the grace afforded to us by a very kind and compassionate God.
Some of those dreams that were put into the very fabric of our being are now just distant memories that we put away and categorised under fanciful and unrealistic.
There is something significant that happens when we position ourselves for greater personal growth and stretching. It’s like we are saying to God, ‘I’m here- I’m ready for you- do what you will.’
I'm learning that going to God empty is good too. In fact, it's essential. Without that emptiness, I could resist His infilling or be unprepared for an unprecedented move of God.
If we say we are lovers of Jesus then we need to be unafraid of isolation and the silence that accompanies it. It's in that solitude that He meets with us.
